After earning her B.A. in Journalism from UW–Madison, Bonnie Paffenroth made the bold move West—and never looked back. She began her Colorado journey in Breckenridge before finding her true home in Alma, where she has lived for over 30 years.

Bonnie’s path to real estate started with 13 successful years running her own landscaping business, giving her a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and a keen eye for land and property potential. Since transitioning into real estate in 2006, she has built a reputation for her local expertise, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to her clients.

With deep roots in Park County, Bonnie helps buyers and sellers navigate the market with confidence—whether they’re searching for a mountain getaway, a full-time home, or an investment opportunity. Her approach is personal, knowledgeable, and always focused on making the process smooth from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, Bonnie embraces the mountain lifestyle to the fullest. She enjoys hiking Colorado’s 14ers, mountain biking local trails, and skiing in all forms.

Bonnie has proudly volunteered for 20 years as a board member of the Alma Foundation, helping support efforts to preserve open space, restore historic buildings, and fund projects that strengthen our community.
